How to get Involved for the 2027 Festival:

If you are interested in joining the planning committee, please reach out to Melissa Bourdon-King at: business@pandosyneighbourhood.ca. Planning Committee tasks will begin soon, for Fall 2026!

Please reach out to: festival@pandosyneighbourhood.ca if you are any of the following:

~An artist, artisan, or crafter who would be interested in showcasing your work as a festival registrant at the event

~A community group who would like to have a presence at the event.

~An individual who is passionate about the Pandosy Community and would be interested volunteering at the event.

~An individual or group with new ideas on the type of displays and family-oriented activities that would be cultivating towards the planning of future festivals.

Please reach out to Stephen Vallentyne at: treasurer@pandosyneighbourhood.ca if you:

~If you are a local business who would like to contribute to sponsoring part of the festival

~ If you are a food truck vendor that would be interested in being present at the event

Please Note: The Festival Committee is more than happy to sign-off’ on volunteer hours worked for high school students looking to fulfill their community involvement requirement to graduate!

Volunteer hours count towards involvement with both planning committee and on-the-day tasks.
