Become a Board Member

Our Board exists to ensure that the Pandosy civic district thrives as an inclusive, engaged, and connected neighbourhood. Board members do not need specialized expertise—just a willingness to contribute, collaborate, and advocate for the needs of our community. Whether it’s organizing events, shaping policy, or ensuring local voices are heard, our Board works to help the neighbourhood grow in a thoughtful, kind, and compassionate way.

General Expectations for All Board Members

• Act in the best interest of the association and its members.

• Attend board meetings regularly and participate actively.

• Uphold the association’s by-laws and governance policies.

• Maintain confidentiality of board discussions when required.

• Support and promote the association’s mission within the community.

Each board position plays a vital role in ensuring the success of the Pandosy Neighbourhood Association and fostering a strong, engaged community.
