About Us

Finding Inspiration in Every Turn

The Pandosy Neighbourhood Association is a registered non-profit society striving to enhance the lives of residents.  We organize neighborhood community events and provide organized two-way communication with City and Council.

Our signature event, the Imagine Pandosy Art Festival brings our community together to enjoy music and art. Our Board of Directors receives and distributes City of Kelowna information and provides an organized way to give feedback to both City and Council.

Our residents care a great deal about Kelowna, the decisions, and how the future livability of our geographic area.

Our 2024-2025 Board of Directors

Jacquie Bushell, Chair

I’m passionate about building connections and advocating for initiatives that enhance our community. In addition to my role with the association, I’m a mortgage broker who values relationships and supporting people in meaningful ways. When I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll likely find me cooking, traveling, or out exploring with my German Shepherd, Walter.

Paul Clark, Past President

I have been a proud resident of the Pandosy area for over 24 years. Dedicated to community improvement, I have been actively involved in addressing accessibility issues across the city. An avid handcyclist, I’m passionate about fostering a vibrant and enjoyable neighbourhood for all.

Abigail Espeña, Secretary

I am passionate about building confidence in communication—both online and offline—by creating opportunities for our residents to feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My background in telecommunications, retail sales, operations & project management are how I contribute to the board. I love classic board games, playing guitar, cycling, and am a movie & TV buff.

Melissa Bourdon-King, Vice President

Stephen Vallentyne, Treasurer

I am proud to be contributing to the PNA as their treasurer. In retirement, I am interested in assisting my local community in shaping urban development to improve the quality of life for those in our community.
